How do learners receive a copy of their ROA?
Learners are entitled to one free copy of their ROA, if they have gained some credits in the previous year. If a learner did not complete any credits in the previous year, they are not entitled to the annual free copy of their Record of Achievement.
To request the annual free copy of the RoA, learners need to make a a request by logging on through the online Learner log in area or by calling the NZQA Call Centre on 04 463 3000. This facility is available from 1 February to 30 June each year.
You can order additional copies of your ROA at a cost of $15 - download the application form in Word
or PDF
You can also access your results through the website using your NSN (National Student Number) and password. This means you can gain a fresh copy of your current results before applying for a new job or enrolling in a new programme.
However, the document on the website will not be an official transcript - a copy of this will still need to be obtained from NZQA as above.
