Accommodation

A designated caregiver must be a relative or close family friend who has known the student for some years, and a caregiver indemnity form must be signed by the parents and by the designated caregiver.
The school must approve the designated caregiver.

If the Agent is intending to find accommodation for the student, Avonside will police-check the family and must approve the accommodation and family. The Agent must provide details of the family before the application will be accepted.

Should this application be successful, the student/Agent/parent will receive an offer of place, invoice for fees, homestay and tuition contract, refund policy, complaints policy.
These documents need to be completed and returned, and fees paid to enable the student to apply for a Student Visa.
A student cannot be enrolled without a Student Visa.
